Bakers

Our driving team come with hundreds of years experience between them and many have been with Bakers for over 10 years - some over 20! They are uniformed and professional and most have undertaken tours throughout the UK and Scotland and the most popular mainland Europe destinations.

Each year a number of drivers attend Development courses run by the Guild of British Coach Operators which concentrates on skills in customer care, first-aid, and ever-changing legislation. Approximately half of our driving staff attend 'Defensive Driving Courses' each year to ensure their skills match the demanding hostile driving environment on the roads today.

All our staff are involved in the company through annual development reviews, and we have been accredited with the National Standard - "Investors in People".
